So hold on.
But back to the pictures.
The first born spawn of Hell was with me as the second spawn, the Benejessuit Witch, was with the cook at the Dr's, so Connor and I started looking through pictures on the computer. I never envisioned that I would be able to 1. take photo's with any clarity let alone 2. download them into a computer and 3. find them again. As kids we grew up looking firstly at black and white then a koda chrome yellow like thing then some sort of over processed colour prints.
I really shouldn't reminisce as have just turned 36 and feel crabby, old and tired.
Anyway Connor and I were trawling and I found this picture.
I had decided to dismantle one of the many non-functioning VCR's (there's a word that will become antique bloody soon) in the house due to my misguided belief I have some sort of skill with broken appliances. Above is what I found. Don't worry if you don't find what is causing the problem immediately, it was so obvious it took Heidi (wife and cook/cleaner) 5 minutes and then I had to point it out to her.
I was rather taken-a-back.
I had no idea where Connor had gotten a sharp steak knife, this was one of a set we had not had out in years, more puzzling was how he had managed to get the thing in, though I must say I appreciated the symmetry and level of placement as well as his ability to handle a blade without injuring himself.
This was one of my first clues as to his nefarious DNA proclivities so I tried hard to stare/steer/stair him away from the path of The Dark Side (though I am not perfectly sure of which side is dark as everything is a matter of perspective) as can be seen by the next photo.
Though as we trawled even further Connor and I came upon one of the first photos of the two of us and

It would appear things were fated, and if this is the case I should not fight against the rise and fall of the tide, should not stand in the way of evolution and progress and should shut the hell up, go get the beer, fill the whiskey carafe and ask Bacchus to take the pain away.
